Return & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Returned items must be in original, unused, unworn condition free of damage including makeup, smoke and fur and have tags still attached.
All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
Refunds are only issued in the form of a store credit. We do not issue cash or credit/debit refunds.
Loral Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or wrong item was received.
Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.
If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
- All clearance/last chance items, accessories, intimates, and bodysuits are “final” which means the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are only for the same item in different size or color.
- Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange. We will try our best to provide the exchange and will let you know ASAP if we cannot complete it.
- Returned items for an exchange must be in original, unused, unworn condition and tags still attached.
Easy Return Process
If your return meets the requirements above, we now offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise.
Feel free to ship your returns/exchanges back with the carrier of your choice. Loral Boutique will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping for in the event of a wrong item or damaged item being received. UPS and FedEx charges will not be reimbursed.
